Once you have completed your reservation through Vayama a "Booking Verification" email will be sent to the email address provided by you during your booking. This has absolutely nothing to do with Kayak! I now give Vayama 2 stars instead of 1 because they did process my refund. Vayama wants you to have a great trip and a great shopping experience.
