Ngaanyatjarra Health Service - Warakurna is located in the suburb of Ngaanyatjarra-giles, the council of Ngaanyatjarraku and the federal electorate of O'connor. There are two Aboriginal health workers. Flying Doctor visits occur every two weeks for clinic work while also carrying out emergency evacuations as necessary. It also has a community hall, women's centre, health clinic, football oval, basketball court and 25-metre indoor swimming pool.
